Hydro-physicist, Tiffany Jenks, was in charge of 21 dams, and a nuclear power plant, along the Columbia River in the State of Oregon. She once wrote, "I do not want my heard work to go towards someone else's death." She also told her boyfriend that, "a lot of people are going to die." He had no idea what she meant at the time. She was later shot, at 33 years of age, in Portland in October of 2013.
